Gym workouts

I’ve been going to the gym for over a month now and I need new workout routines!! I’ve been doing the same 4 this whole time plus the same stretches! I’ve recently found a love for the gym and I want to keep it up! Plus I need to lose the weight!

First of all congrats on the new habit! If your gym had a rowing machine I like the dark horse rowing guy on YouTube, it’s great low impact and works everything! Nike training club is also free and has programs you can do for a few weeks or months at a go which can be really helpful
