Is this tongue tie?

Apologies, this is not a very good photo. My baby is bottle fed and makes a clicking sound when drinking and dribbles a lot. Googled it and mentioned tongue tie? She is gaining weight fine and finishes her bottle fine, however she does suffer with bad gas.
