This might be a bit long. Please bear with me.
So don't bash me, but I did the spankings when I first became a mom and have more and gotten away from it, and it hardly ever happens anymore.
My son is becoming very violent recently, he's mean towards his sisters and will jump on top of them hit them shove them whenever they don't do what he tells them to, he'll be 9 in April and today I heard my 7 yr old screaming outback and I look outside he's on top of her in the snow hitting her pulling on the hood of her coat and being awful and wouldn't stop. I yelled at him to get his ass inside I know I shouldn't of but I said it and he came charging at me pushing me tried locking me out of the house then started throwing stuff on the floor so I grabbed him and spanked him. He was so out of control, and did it help? No, it didn't help a darn thing. Come to find out, his sister just wanted to come home(they went to check if the neighbor kids were home), and he didn't want her to. I'm so at a loss he does this to me all the time, aalll the time and his dad never sees this behavior from him. I don't know what to do anymore

I'm not sure at all what causes it. He said he got mad because she wanted to go home but he gets like this when he gets to much sugar or artificial colors. His grandpa said he gave him jolly ranchers but not a lot so I'm guessing that's what happened
Absolutely no judgment mama we are all doing our best đź’• I remember since my mom stayed home with us anything my dad said or did was *everything* to us so the threat of telling him worked for her. That said, do you know if he's dealing with something at school or elsewhere that's causing him to be hurt and take it out on his sister?
