Hi, those of You that have been moms after 40, Can you share your experiences! Xx
Mom to be at 40 (FTM) via IVF. No known issues for either of us but just wasn’t happening. Only one miscarriage previously with same partner at 27. With only one parent left of 4 (MIL is 79) support is extended family and most family and friends have kids who are HS or older. But this is partly why we waited. We’re in a much better position now than had we had a child 10+ years ago. Things don’t always have to match exactly to have support.
I'm 42 and 30 weeks pregnant with a little boy, due July 4th! Hubby and I have decided we want one more after this little one is born, and being almost 43, we want to get it in asap, because we want to be "done" before 45. We are planning on waiting at least a few months after this little guy is born, to replenish my body, but will probably try within a year of his birth for #2! I love being pregnant and it's been such a blessing! Nice to "meet" you! 😀
I thought I was going through menopause. I’m 46. And nope turns out I’m still fertile. I think they might be twins. Due for scan soon
