Four Months
Sometimes I can’t believe I had two babies and that I’ve kept them both alive for 4 months. Now to master sleep training and purées.

Oh I am so glad I came across this! My twins are 4 months as well and I was look into sleep training.. I also exclusively pump so I know I would still have to wake up but 🤞🏽I can get 5-6 hours straight sleep

You’re doing great! I just sleep trained my 4 month olds, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. It’s so nice to have my evenings back, although some nights all I want to do is swoop them up and cuddle them even when they’re already asleep
