Why can’t you have key lime pie?!
What's the problem with the pie? As for the other two, the skin care product is probably from a retinol? So the real risk is with oral use of retinols, it's just best to avoid topical use but it's very likely not even a risk topically. The heating pad is fine. The issue with heat is raising your core body temperature, which a heating pad cannot do. It will not be harmful and in fact my midwife said it was OK to use a heating pad for cramps too.
Don’t be worried, god! I had 2 pregnancys and ate what I shouldn’t and she’s fine! And my boy!😂 I had hot baths the works 😂
Haha thanks! This helps.
@Caitlin ah. It’s not made with meringue that often in CA so that’s why I was confused.
@Jordan honestly, they say don’t eat this don’t do that, but I did🤦🏽♀️🤣
I wash my face with face wash everyday
Omg I love key lime pie. I get the box from the frozen section.
For the most part if a product has in the label active ingredient that means it's not pregnancy safe, if it doesn't have an active ingredient label on the back it's fine to use. The heating pad is totally fine to use for a couple mins as long as it's not raising your core temperature too high.
@December I think of that all the time but I still can’t stop myself from overthinking sometimes lol
@December its like I know this but i still needed to hear it 💜
