From the research I did the hour after you smoke the THC is most active so I usually wait 3 hours
I wouldn’t do it at all. Studies have shown it stays up to 6 days and can make babies who are exposed to thc for the first year will b very slow and motor skills will be behind
I try to wait 4 hours
