Best cream for sore bum???

I use the yellow metanium if she gets sore - usually when I haven’t realised she’s teething! And then once cleared I use some bepantham or similar to create a barrier as metanium helps heal but doesn’t create a barrier Hope you find something that works for you, it’s awful when you know it’s sore isn’t it

My little had a reaction to metanium however when I worked in a nursery it helped 90% of kids! With my little girl she responds best to sudocreme, very thin layer every nappy until she's not sore. Then I apply every time she's poos and always before bed as well X

Sudocream is great for my little one when it’s really bad, but Asda little angels do cream too that I use if he’s only a wee bit red.

Metanium is like the holy grain! But for us Weleda nappy changing cream is enough most of the time x

My little girl was really sore for a few days and sudacrem worked great x

I’ve always used drapolene cream as my mum used it on us. My boy has never had a bad bum thankfully

If your BF then boob milk works wonders! I just hand express into a cotton wool pad if I need it for my little girl x
