Penicillin reaction

My little girl was prescribed penicillin on Thursday for tonsillitis and an ear infection! Yesterday morning she woke up with a rash all over her and also some red angry looking spots on her fingers, feet and leg! I took her to a&e and saw the emergency doctor and he checked her over and reassured me that she was fine and they weren't bothering her (which they don't seem to be) but she was just having a reaction and put her on amoxicilin instead! She's had 3 doses of the new antibiotics but the spots look so angry still! Has anybody else's little one had something similar? Apart from a bit of diarrhea which is expected she's much better in herself! I'm just over worrying even though she's been checked over! Pic is the spots on her legs 😥
