exterogestation

my baby girl is 3 months old and since she was born she was very attached to me, pretty normal… but since day one we’ve been co-sleeping, contact naps and so on, otherwise she would cry her lungs out 😔 But now I literally can’t do anything, she can’t tolerate stay alway from me, if I put her in her swing she has the need of me being around her and singing/talking to her. I’m extremely tired, already was diagnosed with a pp depression, my husband can’t deal with her crying because she never stops until I get her. I need help, I’m feeling so incapable 😫 I went the store today and she stayed with her dad crying for one hour, non stop

I feel the same, but at the same time it’s like I’m abandoned her when she needs me 😔 @Meisha Meisha💕

Can you give her to your husband and sit right next to her?? Or have him have his arms around you both while you hold her?? To get her used to him being around her?

Babies don't know they are their own person until about 3 months old you did nothing wrong it's called the 4th trimester for a reason they still feel like they are apart of you it will get better with time hang in there mama

What @Mimi Goss said 👆, an experienced nanny should be able to step in and give you a break and will know what to do
