I did some and I don’t feel like it did anything except annoy me haha. Everyone’s body is different though! I ended up being induced a week before my due date anyways. I also tried the raspberry leaf tea but didn’t feel any affects from that
On the other hand, squatting is what seemed to have saved me. Helped my hips and muscles stretch and kept me feeling balanced. I had a natural birth, no stitches. That made me really happy
