Husband wants more kids but I hate pregnancy
We have a 6 month old and I have a 7 year old from previous relationship. My husband wants another child when my LO is 1, but I don’t think I could cope with another pregnancy. I had hyperemesis in both pregnancies but it was much worse the second time around. I also found pregnancy so hard on my body this second time around (being 7 years older than the last pregnancy). I feel quite sad about it as I would love another baby too, it’s just the pregnancy I can’t cope with.

@Lauren it’s so hard isn’t it? I’m also scared of falling pregnant unexpectedly. I definitely can’t see myself getting pregnant when she’s 1 as she’ll be too young. I felt so bad for my 7 year old when I was pregnant as I was barely functioning. I don’t want to put either of my girls through this again, and also not myself.
I feel this. Had HG in both pregnancies and my partner said he’d get a vasectomy so I wouldn’t need to go through it again. Now he’s changed his mind and it’s ruining our relationship the thought of getting pregnant again despite taking precautions. We just can’t enjoy it like before. He’s on about us potentially having a 3rd when my littlest goes to school but we’re just not on the same page at all 😩
