Dr. Mutungi. I was with the Oshawa midwives for my whole pregnancy. At 35 weeks we learned my baby was breech and my care needed to be transferred to a doctor. I met with Dr. Leung and she was great. At that time there was no c section appointments available so I was out on a surgery wait list. However, after leaving her office I received a call that a spot opened the next morning but would be with Dr. Mutungi. She was amazing. She came and met with me and my husband before the c section. She explained everything. She was amazing during the birth. My incision looked almost healed two day after the surgery. She followed up with me 6 weeks later and she again was very lovely. In January, a skin tag I developed during pregnancy for enlarged and sore and I called her on a Tuesday and she saw me on the Thursday to remove it. If we have another child, we will be using her again for the c section.
@Spina I'm not interested in midwives
Dr. Mutungi is amazing - best OB around! I had a little hiccup and was asked to go to the hospital to meet her at 7:40 pm one evening - she was off shift at 8 pm. Although I was to be seen by another OB she stayed until we got there just to make sure I was okay. Such an amazing person and even better OB
Hi, Dr. Tauseef was my ob-gyn and she was amazing.
Hi, do not use Dr Tauseef she rushes through appointments I guess this is because she has a full roster. During my first pregnancy she missed asking me to go for a glucose test and I wasn’t aware and also missed the fact that my baby was underweight.
Hi Gillian, my OBGYN is in Sunnybrook hospital. it’s far but he is ranked amongst the best doctors in Toronto. Meanwhile what about what starting with a midwife in Oshawa?
