Can ocy take your child if you smoke weed while pregnant?
I'm due in the next couple months and I've tried so hard to stop smoking. It's the only thing that makes pregnancy bearable. I get sick often otherwise. I feel super uncomfortable in my skin and like a vertigo feeling so it's all that has helped. I tried Zofran and that only helps with nausea but doesnt help me feel less uncomfortable or help me feel less enclosed in a box. I worry they'll not allow me to bring my baby home. I also use it for my mental health but I never got a medical card. Any thoughts?

@Amanda Did they say you smoking weed while pregnant had an impact on taking him later on? I definitely worry they'll try to. I was in foster care a lot myself so I don't want to lose my child. I have everything she needs and after my baby shower I'll be set for awhile I hope.
No I still have him and joint custody right now. All you do have to do is be clean for a little bit and just do with the OCY worker. Says if they do get all and you should be okay but see a newborn baby
I smoked weed My whole pregnancy with my son and OCY take it called on me at the hospital but I show them I could take care of my child and I had everything for him. He never got taken from me. Had it intake on me but like month now I am back with OCY fighting to get him back. It sucks
