Pregnant with IBS
I'm pregnant with my second baby (7 weeks). I suffer with really bad IBS. With my first pregnancy, I had such bad Ibs flare-ups, and now it's happening again. Every time I eat, I get such bad cramps. I've contacted my doctor, and I've read it's worse in pregnancy. what do other people do to help or recommend anything 🫶 it's making me feel like I can't eat as every food is triggering me

I've had this while I was pregnant (I'm 10 weeks postpartum) Buscopan does work u have to ask GP and midwife though for the dosage
I had this whilst I was pregnant last year with it was really bad as there were lots of food I couldn’t eat because it made me feel sick and the rest flared my ibs up. I went to the the gp and he persribed me mebeverine hydrochloride which helped settle it down just a short course it helped loads
