But she’d rather eat off my plate anyway haha
We almost exclusively eat pastas and curries now because that's all my kid will eat 😂 we put as many veggies as we can in there and she'll eat anything in a ragu or a coconut curry base haha. She's OBSESSED with rice haha. I just lean into feeding whatever she will eat and don't push it too much. She loves avocado and tomato and so we have that with a basic omelette for lunch most days. She also eats really well at daycare so that sort of takes the pressure off me a bit knowing that she's getting that nutrition and range of foods the 3 days that she's in care. Snacks are basically fruit and we've just introduced string cheese and some crackers. Haha absolutely loves string cheese 😂😂 She comes to the supermarket with me and I let her pick out something to try. One week it was kiwi fruit, the next time she chose a tub of tzatziki 😂😂 weird child
Give them portion of whatever you eat + his safe food. Our kids eat what we eat or something more kids friendly and just make sure there’s veges, fruit and carbs/protein or just balance it out throughout the week. Meal planning will help
Feed him what you’re eating I do roast meats with steamed or roast veg Fruit for snacks load of yoghurt. My girl loves cheese and crackers Anytime you make pasta put extra veg in it and blend it or cut up small carrots celery mushrooms spinach onions zucchini etc
