Puddle/wet suits

Looking for a good reliable wet/puddle suit for my little girl whose nearly 2. She’s very much an outdoors child so we can’t let the winter and rainy days stop us from getting out there. I don’t mind paying the money if anyone has any good recommendations for a puddle/wet suit pretty please?

We have some nice ones but they have been too big so we’ve used Lidl ones in the meantime and they have actually been great 😆 they do some regular ones and some lined ones too. You just have to catch them when they have them in stock. Otherwise we have Liewood ones (waiting to be worn as too big) we had some Kuling ones last winter which were amazing too. Anything Scandinavian is usually great. Polarn O Pyret is also good. And Frugi if you want to support British brands. There is another lovely Canadian brand called Fairechild. I hope that helps!

Spotty Otter usually comes well recommended too although I can't speak from experience as we've not had to buy one yet! I'll take a look at Julia's suggestions too 😊

I got my little one a muddly puddle one last year. It was great. I believe the Lidl ones are in store now. Or were last week. Have a look on Vinted to there’s loads on there

I'll second the lidl ones. We've squeezed into our for 2 years now and it's held up well... but is really out grown now!

Agree with Julia in regard to the brands etc. The rubbery style ones are better at waterproofing than some more nylony ones. Consider getting two piece of your child grows quite fast, as kids tend to outgrow all in ones much quicker, while separate trousers and jacket will still fork next year too… Also, wellies etc that are lined will dry slower (just to consider). My boy had crocs boots without lining and it was the best. Even when he soaked his feet, I could change his socks, wipe them dry and off he goes again😂
