Ladies, what remedies do you use when your toddler is sick/has a cold?

Also, my son has a bad cough, I would warm up an orange, put a little salt and have him think few drops. I saw this hack in TT and it has helped so much.

I use baby Vicks on their feet and make them wear socks. We also use humidifier throughout the day.
