Cut down on junk food and snacking. Drink more water (I hate the taste of water unless it is cold lol). Lose 5 pounds by the end of the year. Be more active and deliberate in practicing positive thinking for my mental health.
Yes I've lost 70lbs in the last year I'd like to lose 40lbs more but was just diagnosed with Crhons disease so now I'm focused on how to live with this and continue my health journey
Row 3x a week Also lose 5kg and eat less
