Any spiritual mamas advice?

I was writing about self love when my right ear started to ring. And it was 1212. I’m very new but I was wondering if it had any connection with the sacral chakra. Im currently having relationship problems as well. Any advice or insights?

Can you remember exactly where you were in your writing when your ear started ringing?

I was asking for guidance,healing and self love when I wrote the word self live my ear started to ring.the current relationship he broke my trust and cheated while I was pregnant and we tried working things out. However it felt only I was doing the work until about a week ago he saw me pulling away.
