Baby being congested

Hello!! Has anyone experienced their baby being congested but not unwell if that makes sense? My little one is congested a lot, but using a snot sucker and saline drops were not getting much so I wonder if it’s further back. He’s not unwell but frustrated with it, finding it very frustrating when being fed because of having to stop and wakes during the night.. he’s slept through since he was 6 weeks old, real shock to the system!🙈

Try olbis oil on a muzzy hanging over side of bed. Helped my baby who was the same not poorly just congested

Yes, we were told it was due to his reflux but we're now being told it could be due to CMPA. Does yours have reflux or any stomach issues?

Try the calpol vapour plugs! If our boy is congested we stick one of them on over night and it seems to help! He always seems to have dried bogeys up his nose regardless though 😂

@Rebecca he’s never really had any issues with reflux or his stomach, we’ve had a fairly smooth sailing 4 and half months with him really until now. He is BF baby too

@Bethan I’ve just brought of these today and have it on for him, I’m just limited to plugs in our room🙈 it smells lovely I must say, very strong! I’m hoping this will help him

Mine is the same. The saline drops seem to help. She is congested but totally fine in herself. Snot sucker does nothing. Their noses are just developing so may just be that and they’ll grow out of it. She is BF and doesn’t have any reflux issues.

@Danielle I’m really hoping he does grow out of it, it’s horrible to see him getting so frustrated because he’s struggling to breathe while feeding. We’ve been to the doctors and they’ve given antibiotics but his chest is completely clear and no temperature.
