14 weeks and Constipation

Has anyone taken a suppository to try to relieve constipation? I'm drinking water, having fiber, etc, but I still feel constipation. Tonight, I've tried going, but it's so painful. I just want instant relief. I have miralax and dulcolax, but I'm hesitant to try them if it's not safe.

Fybogel is only recommended by NHS. Seek your midwife advise if you need to use suppositories, some of them can cause miscarriage

Speak to your pharmacist, I was given lactulose and it was the only thing that helped. X

Get professional medical advice and don't leave it too long like it did!...TMI alert... The NHS did give me suppositories in the end, as I left it too long and became impacted. I was also given Laxido and Lactulose. I think all of the OTC suppository options aren't suitable during pregnancy.
