Extreme food aversion?

I'm only 9 weeks pregnant, but for 3 weeks I've been suffering from extreme food aversions, I pretty much despise all food except weetabix, cornflakes, and plain pasta on its own. I feel so hungry all of the time but just the thought of food makes me nauseated. Especially the thought or smell of vegetables, herbs or meat. My nutritious diet has gone out the window. Anyone else like this?

I was but it passed babe xxx

I was like this all the way through my last pregnancy. I lived on cereal and toast. I just made sure to take pregnancy vitamins too.

Yes but I can only eat cooked foods I despise anything that isn’t cooked right now

I was like that for my whole pregnancy, I had no appetite and had food aversions to everything. The good news is, baby will get what they need from you regardless of what you eat. I took prenatal vitamins and omega 3, and survived on the odd handful of dried Cheerios. The first meals when my appetite came back were incredible!

I’m like this and just shy of 9 weeks.. this week I’ve sobbed every day as I’m just feeling like I can’t do this, can’t cope and take it if it’s going to be like this the whole time. Feel like I’ll be the size of the house because of all I can eat too 🥺

Living off crisps, bread and crackers. Was like it in my first pregnancy and it does past after the first trimester! Just eat what you want when you want to survive for now 😂
