Sore on tip of Willy.

My little boy has alot of redness on the tip of his Willy. He’s 3 months old and it looks like his foreskin has split, or something. It looks like it’s oozing and he cried this morning when he has a wee, but has been ok all day since. My partner also isn’t sure why it looks like the way it does. I’ve put sudocrem on it and let it breath but doesn’t seem like it’s helping. Has anyone else had issues like this with their boys? Is this something to get him to the doctors for?

I’d probs take him to get checked tbf just in case but I am a bit of a stresshead! X

Take him to A&E

I would get an emergency appointment or go to the walk in/a&e as it could have gotten caught or scratched sounds like an infection to me. Redness usually means it needs treatment maybe they can give you a cream or some antibiotics. Hope it gets better soon x

I will say yes doctor, but also if you breastfeed I've noticed that aquafor and breatmilk is the best thing for my son. It clears up so quickly

He has yeast infection... For while I thought it was serious dipars rash but when went to er bc he wasn't using bathroom as often and it getting blistered they say it yeast infection... If u not changing his diaper so often including shit dipars it can cause yeast infection his doctor is going need prescribed a bacterial cream and maybe antibiotics

Thank you everyone, he’s been given steroid cream and it seems like it’s working for him. 🥰🤗
