is aveeno bath wash also something instead of johnson ?
More than likely baby acne.. they get it after they're born and you just let it run its course.

Eucerin and coconut oil also oatmeal baths, it lasted about a week for my baby

@Genesis my child’s pediatrician said eucerin has an ingredient in it that a lot of baby’s skin can’t handle and recommend cerave
I used whatever lotion I had (eucerin, aveeno, etc) and mixed it with Vaseline. Worked well for my baby girl. Also did breast milk and oatmeal baths. It eventually stopped happening. I still mixed it with Vaseline for the first year.
@Lana I was just about to say oatmeal or breastmilk baths. I have eczema as well and I don’t have flare ups once I started mixing my lotions with a body oil.
I use the Walgreens branded hydrocortisone & aloe
I use Aquaphor or Eucerin they had worked better than Desitin. But all three are very good but Aquaphor is best.
