Natural birthing book recommendations?

Hello I’m due in 10 weeks! And I am not prepared…even with this being my second my first I feel like I did all the things to make labor harder I got induced due to high blood pressure , didn’t stand up for what I thought I should be doing, layed on my side my entire 15 hour labor (nurse got mad at me when I wanted to sit or walk) got my water broken. Ended up with an epidural which I wasn’t a posed to just didn’t really want it to go that way but I did end up with my beautiful baby girl ❤️ But I would really appreciate some book or podcast recommendations for natural birthing?

I read hypnobirthing the mongan method and felt it helped a lot!

I recommend Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth!

I read both of the books above and liked them but would add a 3rd book and this is the order I recommend them as far as which one helped me learn and prepare the most 1. Hypnobirthing by Siobhan Miller 2. Ina May's Guide 3. Hypnobirthing the Mongan Method I prefer the first hypnobirthing one to the original because I felt like the original really just tried to push taking their class a lot. But if you're about to take their class then it probably wouldn't be a big deal. I've also downloaded a couple of hypnobirthing apps and practice meditation daily. Start now so when it comes time you know how to utilize it well for your birth =] you'll be great!!
