Homechoice Bidding
Hi, can anyone tell me how long it took after you were successful on a bid to hear from the homechoice team about viewing the social property?
Unfortunately I never imagined us being in these circumstances and feel awful about it. I would just like an idea of time wise after a successful bid if anyone would be willing to share.

A friend bid before Christmas and it was about 2weeks before they heard anything. Hopefully you hear something soon.

Hello I have just come across this - I have a 2 bed flat from home choice and I got informed about it 4 weeks after and I wasn’t even in the top five I didn’t get to view in person instead got a virtual viewing ( posh way of saying send you a video) then did all paper work online This was 2 months ago could have changed but I didn’t see anyone even the keys were in a key safe outside the door it was crazy and happened so fast hope this helps x
It does depend on which housing association the property is with as they can be slow passing on the information to each association.
