If it gets really bad, go see the GP for something stronger so it can heal quicker. I faced the same thing a few months ago and thought Metanium could help but it wasn't enough and it got really bad. I went to see the GP and the cream helped get rid of the nappy rash within days.
i found bepanthen worked really well for us but if you go the doctors and their is signs of infection they will prescribe an antibiotic for her as my daughter was the same
My boy had very bad nappy rash. We got prescribed metanium and also some hydrocortisone cream. A friend of mine, whose sister works in hospital, recommended 3m cavillon. He said it helped his son a lot
Trinity ointment works so well for us, we use it every day and haven’t had a nappy rash since the little one was days old. It smells so good too!
If it's super stubborn it could be infected or be a yeast rash. The doctor recommended to use jock itch cream topped with 40% zinc oxide to get rid of my son's rash when it was being stubborn
We had to be prescribed steroid cream as it got so bad 😔
You might be doing this already but Cotton wool and water instead of wipes made a big difference to us
If it keeps coming back, baby probably needs antibiotics to clear it up
Zoe bee beauty charcoal and oat cream is great for nappy rash. It’s all natural.
Bepantham
Metanium is the only thing that worked for us
Thank you for all your advice ladies. Luckily it's cleared up. We used metanium and bepantham and it's cleared.
I use sudocream at every nappy change like a tiny bit and it really does help. I also used metanuim. Hope your little ones rash goes soon x
