Yeah we saw a really nice house there too! The house was beautiful but the area was not great at all.
Depends on the area tbh, we live in the flats on Meadgate ave and we like it here , we think it’s a nice area with it being close to a nursery, primary school, some shops, bus route to town and it’s not a bad walk to town either, when we moved here 2 years ago the ladies at the shops said it used to be a bad area but isn’t anymore and I’ve not personally had any issues here or heard of anything myself.. around the shops the flats there aren’t to nice to look at so that does make it look rough but the rest of the road is fine and going past the school the houses are nice! Each area will have issues and ‘rough’ looking parts now days so if you like it and it’s it’s in your price range then why not! Feel free to message me :-) x
