Hey guys I applied for a sure start grant and This is the text I received does this mean that they have rejected my claim? Or has anyone got the same text and received the grant?

@Lana what did they say as to why they rejected you
I tried to and then said it was because I wasn’t on the certain benefit needed for it x
I got this text too and they were supposed to send me a letter by the 27th of May. So far, no money and no letter 😅
I got this and they rejected it as I wasn't claiming universal credit, even though I was. I appealed it and they just made an error, see what they say in the letter it might just be a mistake on their part x
As long as you meet the criteria for the grant their should be no issue getting it, I got it as it was my first baby and I was on universal credit x
