@Chantelle omg I love that! I'm not sure if we'll have a patio or a balcony yet but I'm definitely planning on some planters either way!
@FairyMother they are really great and you can grow anything! We even did potatoes! Just make sure you have drainage holes

@FairyMother potatoes were great but need sandyish soil and lots of drainage. But I love tomatoes so I did a ton!

Congratulations! Obviously I say start with sourdough lol it only takes two jars and place to put everything you make which is my hardest task

If you have a patio for growing plants, we did a bucket garden system in 5 gallon pails until we bought our home and put in an actual garden. Hubby built a tier bucket holder from wood and it held about 10 buckets and you can grow basically anything!
