Can baby’s go swimming in cold water pool?

Yeah my neighborhood pool is supposedly heated but it doesn’t feel that warm and ive been taking my daughter and it’s just been 70-75 degrees (air temp not water temp). She doesn’t like getting in (who does?!) and makes some noises but once we’re in all the way she’s fine and happy

81 sounds warm enough to me. We went swimming in the ocean in Pensacola, Florida last week. It was about 90 degrees then
