Skin care tips

Hi mamas! I’m looking for a little advice on skin care tips. I am fortunate enough to have never suffered with acne or other skin issues, however lately I feel like I look a lot older than I am (I’m 25, had my first child at 17, but look in my mid 30s). I see a lot of stuff on TikTok and other social media but it’s quite overwhelming and I don’t know where to start. I am bad at comparing myself to other woman my age, and feel pretty insecure. What should I do to my skin to prevent looking older than I am? I live in a very hot country and hear that you’re supposed to wear sunscreen everyday, but I’m allergic to it so what are some alternatives to that? Are there supplements or vitamins I should be taking? I just want glowy, clear, youthful skin. Thank you

I hear retinol is good I think for like the aging part, maybe look into Korean skin care I hear good things about that. Look into natural face scrubs?

I feel like less is always better tho. I see a lot of people on tik tok throw 10 products on their face for skin care and they always have something wrong with their skin lol. I’m 22 my skin is clearrrr maybe genetic thing idk but I only put lotion on my face sometimes and it’s not usually even face lotion lol.

Thank you! I always drink lots of water and use moisturiser, I just wanted to do something else. I’m not sure which cleanser, oils, serums etc to use and which order. Like what’s the basic skin care routine and when do you put on each product?

depends on your skin type/skin needs ! i have maybe 7-10 products that i lovee

You really just need like 2-3 products at most. A gentle face wash, toner, then moisturizer. Idk what products work for you but I use cerave face wash or panoxyl for acne. Then I use witch hazel for toner and then face moisturizer

@Katie yup when I used a lot of products it made my skin have little bumps on my forehead. It went away when I used less products

Yeah same girl CeraVe works so gooood I love that and olay @Nathalie
