Thanks!!
I'm a FTM so might be wrong but I was under the impression bottled water was fine as long as there was very low amounts of sodium and other minerals?
I checked severn trent water quality on their website. It says our tap water has 64mg/L of sodium. Which is higher than bottled waters. I give my baby aqua carpatica. 0.8mg/L of sodium. And HV/NHS recommends using tap water coz they say bottled water has high sodium content. 🥴🙈🤷♀️
I just boiled Evian and gave her it on holiday and for her milk and she was absolutely fine but genuinely baby will be fine if you give a bit not boiled. Better that than dehydrated xx
Yes. They are fine to have UK tap water from 6 months so bottled water when abroad is perfect.
