Hypnobirthing recommendations

Hi all, I was wondering whether anyone had any hypnobirthing class recommendations in Manchester? Ideally face to face, and if it could be tied in with antenatal and possibly breastfeeding classes that would be wonderful! I did find one online called Pure Birth but I haven’t heard back from them so looking elsewhere 😊

My doula Hannah does hypnobirthjng group classes & private classes! And they include antenatal classes too. And she would help with breastfeeding as she does postnatal sessions. Her website is https://journeyaheadhypnobirthing.com With her teaching + guidance I was able to have my baby at home in the pool w no medical pain relief. It was a great experience

@Chloe amazing thank you for this!

@Annabelle hey no problem!! She was my birth doula too so if u have any questions lmk x I also have sone good book recommendations if you’re interested!!

@Chloe could I get some recommendations on books please xx

@Emily ofc! 1- your baby your birth (I got mine on vinted) if u get any book get this one - loads of techniques, discussions on all sorts of births 2- childbirth as a rite of passage (less of a Hypnobirthing book more of a spiritual discussion of childbirth and women’s power. It rocked my world) 3- why induction matters (not everyone will be induced but the whole book is a reminder and a discussion about women’s bodies as we start to labour) Also not a book but an app, Freya - surges timer with guided meditation from a hypnobirthing & finding your power perspective. The best £5 u will spend, I got my husband to download it so I wouldn’t be faffing on my phone and would stay in the birth bubble, and it kept him close and also in my birth bubble
