Weird underwear question.

So I had my first baby in Jan 2023 and my second in Feb 2024 and OBVIOUSLY I haven’t exactly bounced back. I’m working on improving my health and I hope that comes with getting back in shape. I know there’s a huge chance I won’t be as tiny as I was (size 4/6) which I’m okay with. But I have an odd question for yall. I have a lot of cute panties and many I do not feel comfortable in anymore or fit. I only used like 2 or 3 times before I got pregnant but it honestly seems like such an odd concept to me to throw them away. I wouldn’t want to donate them because I feel like that’s weird and not acceptable but how are yall dealing with this? Have any of yall thrown them away? Or are they still in your drawer? How are you handling having something like that and knowing you’re not going to be the same again. It’s bittersweet but sometimes I do feel sad about something silly like this.

I had a Jan 23 and Feb 24 baby as well ❤️ but honestly. When I was pregnant with Feb baby my undies got tossed during my nesting purge of random things in the house. I want comfort now. I hope we both bounce back! I know it’s tough but we got this

If you google "recycle underwear" a Ton of companys will come up! It's how I got rid of old underwear, bras and lingerie from pre baby. I wish I remembered the exact company I used but it seems like there's a ton! Felt less bad than throwing in the trash. And then I donated a ton of clothes that I knew even if I lost my pregnancy weight I would just never look right in again (like a dress from my Bachelorette party lol)...feels better to let go and let someone else find use out of them than keeping it in the closet!

You could pack them away for now and see how your body changes. But i absolutely would not throw them out. If you dont want to donate them, then look into a fabric recycling program. Trashie is one that i know of. A better option than your underwear ending up in a landfill https://shop.trashie.io/products/take-back-bag?nbt=nb%3Aadwords%3Ag%3A20163848110%3A160857102944%3A693012339300&nb_adtype=&nb_kwd=trashie&nb_ti=kwd-314804330616&nb_mi=&nb_pc=&nb_pi=&nb_ppi=&nb_placement=&nb_li_ms=&nb_lp_ms=&nb_fii=&nb_ap=&nb_mt=e&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACeaqWZsbrSg89uq8rEzLNBFLPOkt

Im a clothes hoarder. I have SO many clothes that havent fit in years, and ive brought them with me through 2 moves 🤦🏻‍♀️

For me I didn’t have many cute ones. But for like lingerie I definitely threw those away because I knew I wasn’t gonna get back into that size for a while. And I didn’t like a lot of them so I just got rid of it. And I’ll buy more that fit me now and buy more when I lose weight. For me I literally just wear high waisted undies. And I most likely will for a while.

There's a possibility you'll get back to your previous size! US size 4/6 is UK size 10/12 so average size! Unless you've really gained baby weight then ide keep them definitely.
