Absent father

My(22f) baby’s father (23m) finally did a paternity test to prove she is his a month before our daughter turned two months old. He has been adamant this whole pregnancy that he does not want to be involved and he still doesn’t want any to be despite the test proving he’s the father. The father also has a new girlfriend who I’ve been told doesn’t like the fact that he has a kid out there. I don’t know how to talk to him about being involved without ruffling feathers. However, both of his parents want to be involved, they have both said they are disappointed in the father for his behavior and they want to meet and spoil their granbaby. I’m just at a loss for what to do and how to feel.
