Arm after whooping cough vaccine

Had my vaccine 2 weeks and 3 days ago and my arm is still really painful, there’s no pain on the skin surface it all feels muscular, I can’t sleep on that side and it really aches to lift that arm up to the side, has anyone else had this? I even went back to the drs 10 days ago as I was in agony with it and they said it could just be muscular, it has got ever so slightly better since then but still pretty uncomfortable x
