don’t look if squeamish

i’ve got J cup breasts, and i’ve always had rashes and spots etc underneath my breasts. however just before my daughters 8 weeks checkup, i noticed a spot had turned into a literal hole under my boob. i shew the doctor at our 8 week checkup and she gave me some cream that wasn’t in stock. it eventually went away. fast forward to now (my daughters now 5 months) and i noticed the same thing happened and then the next day another appeared right next to it. and they’ve just got bigger and they smell nasty. i’m so embarrassed to go to the doctors i know i should but i wondered if anyone else had anything similar before. sorry for the picture
