My little boy won’t eat veg full stop so at his 2 year review I was strongly encouraged to provide him with a multivitamin! She said as long as it’s based for his age range most are good for them and will provide them with everything he’s not getting through veg!x

@Beth which ones would you prefer?

@Fatima I’m not from the US, I’m UK based so I feel like our average shop brought ones such as Tesco you won’t have! But I’m sure Walmart or somewhere would have an equivalent x

I like the smarty pants toddler vitamin

I give Flintstones with extra iron.

my sons not picky, but we give a multivitamin just bc he doesn’t always eat a well rounded meal even if we offer it. we’ve been using the ella ola unflavored mix in vitamins since he was one and we like them. we just mix it into his water or juice and he’ll drink it throughout the day. it’s pricer than some other vitamins out there, but seems like the ingredients are pretty good. i’ve been tempted to try the hiya ones too, but haven’t yet

I like Nordic naturals
