Soft spot on the head and asymmetrical fat lines on the leg

This week my health visitor came and mentioned that my LG’s front soft spot on her head is smaller than it should be. She also said that the fat rolls on her leg are not symmetrical. Has any one experienced this?

Fat rolls yes, we got sent for a scan. Turned out my daughter just had a fatter leg than the other😅x

We had the asymmetrical rolls and also had a scan but nothing came of it. She was a bit late walking (15 months) but legs/bones were fine
