Damn COLDS
My little girl is absolutely full of cold, and now has developed another cough but at nights it's horrific, she can't breathe so is cough cough cough and bless her js barely sleeping neither are we, you'd think the amount of times she has had a cough and cold if be a pro but if never gets easier
Has anyone found something that helps at night?
We do nose drops, humidifier and nose sucking

Snufflebabe bubble bath, plus snufflebabe Vapor rub and oil drops in hot water for steam or on a wet flannel over a radiator. Fab products. Benylin kids cough syrup seems to soothe for us at bedtime too x
Karvol drops, calcough. But honestly if it's cough cough take her to get seen, my little one had the same and they said he had a secondary chest infection and was given antibiotics, but unfortunately he refused any meds this week and I had to go back to see the GP today and she said just use the saline drops as the cold in the nose is running to the chest, and not much they can do for now and it's expected to last for the next three weeks! I think it's something viral going around as I now have it toođŁ
Calpol plug in is meant to be good. Warm shower or bath before bed, try a bit of honey and a warm water if she'll drink it x
