We use the calpol plug in and I do think it helps. When he was really poorly with a cold we used a cool mist humidifier to help x

Pop some baby Vicks on your babies vest throughout the day and if you contact nap then some on yourself as well. The vapour baths arenāt recommended until about 2-3 years old so just be careful with them x
I use the Calpol Vapour Plug Ins which have been a life saver. My daughter has had a bad cold for over a week and it makes the night times so much easier for her x
