I used the fridamom disposable underwear with a pad and it was great, they’re so comfy. Then I switched to big knickers but would’ve kept going with the disposables to be honest xx
I had nappies with a pad too
Huge, sized up knickers and a good maternity pad. And comfy, loose bottoms. I basically raided M&S 😭
I used disposable knickers with big maternity pads and I used to everytime I went to the loo poured warm water over my privates afterwards to make sure I was properly clean then I’d dab myself dry xx

I used pads at home but if i was going to be out and about at peoples houses or things then i wore the nappies as extra protection.
