Oat milk bad for babies?

Can I give my baby oat milk instead of cows milk? Not for drinking as baby is EBF but in recipes like pancakes, sauces, muffins etc Is it Safe? Someone told me it isn't and said its got some protein or something that isn't safe for babies but I can't remember what exactly

Yes you can :) I will do the same

Yes you can! If I can suggest a brand: https://www.plenishdrinks.com/shop/mlk/oat-mlk-multi-pack/ I use their almond milk. They only have 3 ingredients. You can find offers on amazon.

Yeah go for it! My youngest has a dairy allergy so it's what we use on cereal and cooking for him.

I personally won’t give mine that unless they had an allergy or something as there is farrr too much nasty stuff going on those processed oat milks from what I saw in some reported videos discussing this.. it ws enough too it me off! Maybe idk you made it from scratch at home it could be better as you know what’s in them x

Yes! Plenish and Oatly Organic are both great if you want to avoid seed oils, gums and other nasties! My baby has CMPA so we’ve used these in recipes instead of regular milk since we started weaning. It’s just water, oats and a pinch of salt

Yes! I use the no sugars oat alpro milk as cows milk is abit to rich on his stomach for him to drink x

Thanks Ladies, yes this is what I heard about @Lina Hadn't thought of making it myself doh! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Will definitely try that!
