Super irrelevant (maybe) but has anyone ever broken a lease, tried to break a lease, or knows of someone who has? I desperately want to leave this apartment we are at, due to several reasons but we still have a few months left … Just wanting some advice or suggestions would help as well! ***If you’re an attorney or know of one that’s even better!***
Some apartments let you break your lease if you can find someone to move in. Others make you pay a fee to break away. I don’t have experience, but when I’ve asked the leasing office that’s what I’ve been told. My current one lets you break it if you’re work is moving you or in the military
