The baby pooped on the floor and the dog ate it

After bath time we were drying off and I hadn’t put her diaper on yet. She pooped, and as I go to get the wet wipes to clean it, the dog eats it. Yay for not having to clean it, but now I have to call the vet and explain what just happened and idk how I can show my face in there again after this 🫣
