Good cream recommendation for baby
My baby is 3 months old and she has started getting small red bumps or acne all over her face

It will go away on its own just make sure they don’t scratch it because it can scar!

I think this is normal, my LG had it and I used to just wash it with warm water in the morning and evening before bed
