When can we stop waking baby up for a feed ?

My 3 week old son is way above his birth weight and we’re still setting alarms at night time.

Once they're above birth weight no need to wake for feeds

We stopped waking him when he was just over 2 weeks. He now has one overnight feed but I do tend to set an alarm for 6 hours post his bedtime feed

We were advised we could stop setting our 3 hourly alarms at 2 weeks as he’d gained weight well. We do however have to still set alarms for every 4/4.5 hours but only because he was premature and had trouble maintaining his sugars. Not that he ever sleeps more than 30 minutes when put in his cot 😂
