What do we all think of the name Arthur?

Love Arthur, Chester and Elliot ., not to keen on Ben and Matthew it was used to much in my school 😅

Just named my son Arthur after my grandfather. We call him Artie.

Arthur Ames or Arthur Finch were top contenders for our second boy (we have a Warren and a Clyde). Chester and Arthur are my favorites of your list, I also love Benjamin/Ben. Matthew I’m personally sort of neutral on, I think I just grew up with a lot of them. I love the name Elliot and think it was on my list at one point, but it has sort of lost some of its charm for me personally because there has been such a huge boom of E names that all sort of blur together. Elliot doesn’t feel trendy like a lot of them do (Everly/Everleigh, Emerson/Emersyn, Ember, Emberlynn). I think literally every person I went to high school with has used the E names I just listed, so I’m always hesitant when I see E names. Although, Edwin is still one of my favorite boy names ever (and I think it is a sweet bookish boy name vibe, too).

i love Arthur! love the idea of Art, Artie or Bear as nicknames. from your list, i also like Elliot and Chester. not really keen on Matthew or Ben.

I adore Arthur. It was my top boy name until I had a child with a man with the surname Arthurs and couldn’t use it😂
